HP Enterprise Employer Branding
Hewlett Packard Enterprise was formed as part of the division of the Hewlett-Packard company. The business became two new brands, with the core brand Hewlett-Packard changing its name to HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise being formed as an enterprise-focused new company.
As part of the new business, they had to transition many of the existing workforce over to new roles, which necessitated significant work around the employee brand in order to best communicate the new positioning and values to the employees.
I worked to define the EVP (Employee Value Proposition) and how to communicate the new brand to the workforce.
Taking the element from the HPE logo, I combined it with photography to show how the people of HPE break-through and make their mark within the business.
Using the ‘element’ to highlight the impact the people have on the success of HPE became a common theme and extended across internal, event and social platforms.
